Dr. Florian Wolf
Dr. Florian Wolf received his Ph.D. in Cognitive Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute
of Technology. While at MIT, he mostly worked on topics related to language, speech,
and information processing (book). Some of this research was sponsored by the Defense
Advanced Research Projects Agency (U.S. Department of Defense). After MIT, Dr. Wolf
was a postdoc in a bioinformatics project at the Department of Computer Science
and the Department of Genetics, University of Cambridge (UK). Before co-founding mergeflow AG, Dr. Wolf developed
software for operational risk management.
Dr. Werner Posch
Dr. Werner Posch received his doctorate in Mathematics from the University of Munich.
In 1996, Dr. Posch co-founded a software company for eCommerce solutions, which
was sold to a Fortune 500 company in 2002. Dr. Posch also developed software for
product lifecycle management and diagnostic tools for the automotive sector. He
furthermore has several years of experience as consultant to venture capitalists.
Dr. Posch currently works on the mergeflow Engine, and is a consultant in Financial
Engineering.
